Located in the heart of historical downtown Grandview, Meyers Grandview Real Estate Company is owned and operated by Lois and Kathy Meyers, a mother/daughter team who place the highest priority on customer service. That’s why Meyers Grandview Real Estate Company has been in business in Grandview for over 50 years, providing assistance to both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential property in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area, particularly in Grandview, Lee’s Summit, Belton, Raymore and south Kansas City.

Lois and her husband Roy started the business in the late 1950’s when Grandview was one tenth the population it is today. Lois, who is a licensed broker in both Missouri and Kansas, has assisted the grandchildren and even great grandchildren of former clients. Kathy obtained a Missouri sales license in the mid 80’s, and a broker’s license in the 90’s after Roy’s passing. She has been actively involved in the Grandview Chamber of Commerce, Parks and Recreation and the Board of Education.

Meyers Grandview Real Estate Co is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR), Heartland Multiple Listing Service (HMLS) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The company is a HUD approved brokerage.
